DESCRIPTION

Equally at home in a true “bread kitchen” or in that of a novice baker, this lightweight French-style rolling pin offers increased maneuverability and controlled pressure. Each one is crafted of beechwood by artisans in the Midwest and comes in a giftable muslin pouch. With its gentle curves and slender shape, this elegant tool fits easily into a utensil crock.

DETAILS

  • 20" x 1.5"

  • Made of Beechwood

  • Made in USA

  • Care instructions: Wash with soapy water and towel dry. Do not submerge in water. Avoid the dishwasher, as the intense heat can dry out your piece. Once a month or so, apply a little mineral oil using a soft cloth. Do not use cooking oils such as olive or vegetable oil. If your piece starts to feel rough or feathery, use a fine-grit sandpaper to smooth it. You can also sand out any stains or burn marks.
