Order Fulfillment

Julie Carmody will process your online order within 2-5 days, given the products are in stock. If you are in a pinch and need your shipment faster, please contact us at hello@juliecarmody.com.

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated based on product weights and dimensions.  We currently ship via USPS and UPS, a tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

Domestic Returns

Your satisfaction is what matters most to us! If you order something from us and you don't absolutely love it, you can return items to us within 21 days of delivery for a refund.  Please note, all returned items must be in their original condition.  Shipping costs are non-refundable and the return fees will be responsible to the customer.  To begin the return process, please send an email to hello@juliecarmody.com.  

International Returns

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept international returns.

Defective or Damaged Items

If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it.  If you received a defective or damaged product, please send an email to hello@juliecarmody.com within 14 days of delivery so we can replace it for you. For any defective or damaged items, shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement. 

Our Products

Julie Carmody believes there is so much charm and beauty that can be found in imperfections.  Many of our products are handcrafted and will have slight variations; we celebrate these variations as they are a reflection of the artisans and hands that made them.

Wear & Tear

It is normal for your products to experience wear and tear as they are used and enjoyed over the years.  If you experience a unique issue with any of our products, please feel free to reach out and we would be more than happy to help you find a solution. We cannot offer store credit or exchanges for products that have experienced wear or washing.
